Activity Report for FY2014
In the first session, the Activity Report for FY2014 of 90 salons held in 40 cities in 16 prefectures and 772 women participated to discuss "working mothers" was reported, and all participants shared the purpose of the salons which are to come to one’s own realization by talking about one’s feelings out loud, not those taught by someone else, and the reasons why NEC and Madre Bonita conduct this activity and why discussions are necessary.
Discussing "working as before"
In the second session to discuss "working as before", participants discussed in groups to understand "working mothers" further by sharing experiences and current situations of the participants. When a male participant commented "I am single now, but I participated today for the future when I become a father," the female participants in the hall cheered.
