Our automated biometric identification system has played a crucial role in updating the Vietnam National ID system.
Since its launch in 2021, over 84 million chip-based digital ID cards have been issued to eligible Vietnamese citizens offering a streamlined method for citizens to verify their identities easily.
In the private sector, companies are also emerging advancements in face recognition technologies.
NEC Vietnam, in collaboration with ALSOK*, developed and implemented a smart bike parking solution based on face recognition technology for YAZAKI Haiphong Vietnam.
This initiative not only addresses security concern, but also optimises staffing efficiency.
