NEC aims to expand the range of its "Smart Hospitality Service", enabling a seamless experience from airports to hotels through face recognition,
and as a hotel, we wanted to participate in this idea, then decided to adopt NEC's face recognition system.

The big feature of this solution is to provide contactless hospitality through self-check-in and self-check-out realized by NEC's face recognition system,
we strongly believe that this will allow us to provide a new hospitality in the New Normal.

By pre-registering your face with reservation information in advance, check-in and check-out can be done smoothly through face recognition technology.
Also, entering a room, using self-cloakrooms with just facial recognition, and what’s more, relaxation facilities and so on.
Your face becomes a key to access everything, eliminating the need of keys.

Face recognition helps to ensure efficient stays reducing human contact during check-in and check-out, and to improve the efficiency of hotel operations.

As for a hotel’s reputation by customers, when guests come to the hotel front counter casually, all check-in information will come out instantly. It seems that many people feel that it is so convenient.

We certainly hope to create a variety of new hospitality experiences for not only hotel business but also the entire area such as dining, shopping and so on, utilizing facial recognition technology working with NEC.
