Based on the concept of NEC being "client zero," NEC employees act as the zeroth client for DX measures, implementing DX solutions themselves. Through these 4,000 calls each month, we not only listen to the needs of stakeholders but also gather valuable data from their inquiries. By utilizing this data alongside digital technologies such as AI, we may soon be able to respond quickly and accurately to requests and potential needs, offering solutions with minimal burden on stakeholders.
