Enhanced Service and Support System

To use your NEC computer for a long time free from worry, NEC guarantees to replace or repair necessary parts for free for up to one or three years from purchase in the unlikely event a failure occurs.

  • *1:Services provided by the warranty may vary by the country in which the product is used and the contents of the service agreement. Contact your local NEC sales office for details.
  • *2:The warranty is valid for NEC’s POWERMATE and VersaPro series of business computers for overseas.
    (PC-MC, PC-MG, PC-VC, and PC-VG models)
  • *3:If the HDD needs to be repaired or replaced, NEC assumes no responsibility for the loss of settings, programs or data.
  • *4:All faulty parts replaced in the performance of this service remain the property of NEC.
  • *5:The 3-year repair warranty and 3-year parts warranty services are available only in the country of purchase. The standard warranty service of that country will not be available, if a customer brings in a computer that is not from the country of purchase.
  • *6:Aging degradation of batteries is not included in the 1-year battery warranty coverage.
