NEC's pro bono team supported D-SHiPS32—a certified NPO corporation dedicated to creating a society where children, both with and without disabilities, can learn and embrace challenges together—in developing a public relations strategy.
As part of this activity, the team offered guidance on clearly identifying the target demographic, designing personas, and crafting messages that highlight the value and emotions behind the NPO's activities. They also optimized channel strategies and presented proposals for website improvements, which were implemented successfully.
