NEC Group employees assisted in planning the integration of system infrastructure spanning multiple departments of the Kawasaki Civic Action Center. In this activity, participating employees worked together with the Center’s system infrastructure overhaul review team to conduct business [process?] analysis. Based on the results of this analysis, participants not only made recommendations for effectively utilizing existing systems spanning multiple departments and integrating the system infrastructure but also offered advice for implementing a prioritized review process.
