Partner Application Process

UNIVERGE Solutions Partner Program

Please submit an online application form to join the Partner Program. Follow the application steps below.

1. Open the agreement followed by the on-line application form.
2. Check the agreement
   Please read the UNIVERGE Solutions Partner Program Agreement and confirm your acceptance.
3. Fill out your enterprise profile
4. Tell us about your solutions
   Please let us know which of your enterprise's solutions (products) you wish to register.
    
   After receiving your completed application, we send confirmation by e-mail to the address specified in the application.
    
   Next comes NEC's review process, which is completed within 30 days. During this review period, we may contact you to discuss the details of your application.
    
   We are open to signing any NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement) that might be needed.
    
   Once the application is approved, as a newly registered solutions partner you receive an ID and password for accessing our partner-only web site.(now under construction)

Once You Become a Partner

As a Solutions Partner, you are entitled to use the “NEC UNIVERGE PARTNER” logo on your website, brochures, etc. Simply download the logo from the Partner web site.

At NEC, we promote the partner solutions via our own website, brochures, exhibitions, etc. We may ask you to provide us with drafts of web page content as well as company/product logos.

We envision that our business with you as an Application Partner includes the following.

• SI Procurement= NEC procures the partner product as standard item to deliver to end user customers with NEC’s systems integration services
• Ad-hoc procurement= NEC procures the partner product in an ad-hoc basis to deliver to end user customers.
• Referral= NEC refer or recommend end user customer to procure the partner product directly from the partner.

If necessary, NEC gladly considers “Product Reseller Agreement” that you might request as a Solutions Partner.

For sales and promotions of your products, we might ask you to provide us with necessary training and equipment. We discuss the details separately.
