The following menu is provided (free of charge) to partners who have signed technology disclosure and licensing agreements. Note: This menu does not apply for “messaging systems” or “billing” protocols.
Technical conference: during a period of 60 days from the start of the contract, you may hold technical conferences with our engineers for maximum 8 hours.
Technical support by mail: during a period of 180 days from the start of the contract, you may submit up to 40 technical questions by e-mail.
