Once we have received your application, our office will send you the API License Agreement form. Once you have signed and returned the API License Agreement, we will send you an API interface specification.

Once you have applied for an NDA, one of our staff will contact you and conduct an interview, after which an NDA may be offered. Once the NDA has been concluded, you should also be receiving an overview of the protocol.

Once we have received your application, our office will send your company's development department a technical disclosure and license agreement form.

The technical support menu, part of our technical support services, is provided to partners who have signed a technology disclosure and licensing agreement. In cases where technical support is needed beyond the 180-day contract period, partners are required to sing a separate technical support agreement for "E-mail technical support" or "On-site technical support."

Please let us know approximately when you would like to use the Conformance Center. If your desired time is available, our office will send you a provisional reservation. Afterward, you will need to apply again for a confirmed reservation. Reservations can be cancelled as late as two weeks prior to the reservation date (same day of week).
