What is GIM?

In order to promote GIM, the following items must be implemented.

• The company is able to develop and acquire global IT personnel, and constructs and operates a global organization system.
• There is a system for global evaluation of performance, and performance and pay are linked globally.
• A social environment assessment that can respond to the laws and regulations, business customs, culture and customs and other areas is being implemented.

• The practicality of the social and IT infrastructure of each country must be correctly understood.
• IT services that are adapted to the special attributes of each site are being provided.
