NEC has just launched e-Helpdesk and e-Repair, web-based services which are accessed via the World Wide Web and which offer real time technical support & solutions. They can be accessed by a web browser from anywhere, at anytime.
Our experts can answer urgent questions and provide immediate solutions via the e-Helpdesk.
The e-Repair service is a web-based repair information service of NEC Telenetworx and is provided for customers to follow-up the status of their repair orders.
