Linux on NEC Express5800

Linux, an operating system (OS) of open-source software, can be copied or distributed freely. These features of Linux together with the availability of its source code have contributed to its popular use in various fields, especially in educational and academic institutions. Recently the usage has remarkably increased with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) and others and its growing usage is attracting significant attention. NEC has introduced operation check data on Linux on NEC Express5800 Series in response to the needs of customers who want to employ the OS or configure the Linux systems.
