5.I have a Japanese Model PC (PC-9800 series; i.e.PC-9801 / PC-9821 / PC98-NX / Lavie / Versa-Pro NX). How can I get maintenance support in my country / area?

A: PC-9800 series are ONLY SOLD in Japanese market, and its architecture is developed for Japanese language environment. So, our support coverage is limited to Japan.
However, if you are user of the international service & support named "UltraCare International Service", you can have a support for PC products outside of Japan. Please visit UltraCare International Service to view further information about this service.

6.I have a Japanese Model PC (PC-9800 series; i.e.PC-9801 / PC-9821 / PC98-NX / Lavie / Versa-Pro NX). How can I get drivers to work on non-Japanese Operating Systems?

A: PC-9800 series are PCs only for Japanese Market, and its architecture is developed for Japanese language environment. So, NEC have no guarantee for using it on except pre-installed Operating Systems(Japanese). and they are unavailable for use of Non-Japanese Operating Systems such as English.

7.I have a Japanese Model PC (PC-9800 series; i.e.PC-9801 / PC-9821 / PC98-NX / Lavie / Versa-Pro NX). How can I change BIOS from original langage to English or non-Japanese Operating Systems?

A: PC-9800 series are PCs only for Japanese Market, and its architecture is developed for Japanese language environment. So, it is unavailable for changing its operating system or langage except pre-installed operating system(Japanese).

8.How can I become your reseller or distributor?
