Platform with High Reliability & Availability

NEC's MVNO-GW achieves high reliability and availability with ATCA based platform which are commonly adopted to other wide range of commercially deployed NEC products. The platform consists of global standard ATCA widely used for platforms of latest network equipment, career grade Linux (CGL) with high reliability and NEC proprietary middleware for carrier-grade high reliability and availability.

The carrier-grade ATCA based platform is adopted to wide range of products including SGSN/GGSN, IMS (IP Multimedia Subsystem), PoC (Push-to-Talk over Cellular),  WLAN (Wireless LAN), FMC (Fixed-Mobile Convergence), HLR (Home Location Register) that are all accomplished and commercially deployed in actual carrier network.

Flexible Performance Scalability

NEC's ATCA-based MVNO-GW with multi-processor technology provides flexible performance scalability depending on required performance at each service stage to LTE by achieving flexible combinations of signaling performance and data plane performance, that is, flexible combination of ATCA blades each for signaling processing and for data processing.
