Safe, quality traceability solution
Outline
Recently, the need for the reassurance and safety of various goods and services has been increasing. Detailed quality management on job sites is required for the transport and storage phase in a broad range of fields, such as food, medical goods, and precision instruments. Strict, continuous management of moving and status history connected with goods in transit or management of the surrounding environment of goods is required during distribution. The CONNEXIVE cloud enables the traceable status history of goods by using chronologically measured and stored sensing data obtained by small RFID tags (sensor tags) and by using the shared data stored in the cloud. The safe, quality traceability solution will:
- Realize the continuous traceable status history of goods and quality management on the basis of uniform criterion
- Support an increase in the value and strength of brand goods and services through visualization
- Contribute to the improvement of site work and accident prevention and reduce loss cost
Features
Sensor tags monitor the status of goods. In addition to devices that use FeliCa1 technology (available in air craft), specified low-power radio communication for remote monitoring systems are provided. Data storage to the data base is also possible via M2M accessible stations (Reader/Writer) or “Osaifu-Keitai”2 compliant smartphones. The stored data can be read out as track records and reports by using Web based browsers.
