SMS Notification

SMS Notification allows telephone operators to enter customer details on an SMS web page upon the receipt of a customer request for parcel pickup and delivery. This SMS notification message is then sent to the driver and their supervisor. The driver sends an acknowledgment of receipt of the SMS, and when the customer’s requested pickup is complete, the driver reports the completion to both the operator and supervisor, allowing supervisors to check the progress of customer requests.
