Problems prior to implementation
Because the system installed with conventional production management package software requires 8 hours for rescheduling, only once a week rescheduling is allowed. In order to improve the efficiency of parts stock handling and product deliveries, daily rescheduling is desired. Furthermore, less than one hour of rescheduling time is desired.
Solutions and effects
