Overview
Compact, pluggable SFP optical transceivers
These 156M-2.5G optical transceivers support distances from 2 to 80 km and include CWDM/DWDM-compatible modules. In addition to backbone systems, these products can be used for downsizing transmission equipment and increasing network capacity in metro systems. Based on NEC's advanced optical device technology and LSI technology, they offer ample optical transmission performance and high reliability.

Comply with ITU-T G957, Telcordia GR-253-CORE OC-3/48.
MSA compliant
Comply with SFP-MSA (Small Form-factor Pluggable Transceiver MultiSource Agreement).
Already equipped with various monitoring and control functions
Incorporate various monitoring and control functions such as LOS(Loss Of Signal) detection and LD control contributing to shorter equipment development time.
