1. EXPRESSCLUSTER X3.1 for SAP NetWeaver release (October, 2012)

All-in-one package for clustering system for SAP NetWeaver, “EXPRESSCLUSTER X 3.1 for SAP NetWeaver” is newly released.

2. Microsoft Windows Server 2012 support (October, 2012)

EXPRESSCLUSTER offers non-disruptive failover linked with Windows Server 2012 Hyper-V's Live Migration as well as Quick Migration from previous version.

3. Plug-in for VMware vCenter Server (October 2012)

Plug-in for vCenter Server enables centralized management of EXPRESSCLUSTER from VMware vSphere Client.

4. Predictive failure detection and auto-determination of failover destination by Smart Failover

EXPRESSCLUSTER X System Resource Agent which is newly added agent of EXPRESSCLUSTER analyzes/predicts the usage of system resource such as CPU or memory.

This new agent enables to detect the failure which can be caused by resource shortage before it actually occurs and automatically determine which standby server is the most appropriate to failover.

* Normal failure detection which previous version had is also available.

5. Improved application server monitoring

EXPRESSCLUSTER X Java Resource Agent, the another agent which is newly added to EXPRESSCLUSTER monitors memory usage or threads of Java virtual machines.

This agent enables to predictive failure detection on Java virtual machines and provides faster failover and system recovery.

6. Smartphone & Tablet supported

EXPRESSCLUSTER can now be managed from smartphones or tablets.(*1)
The new version of EXPRESSCLUSTER also enables system administrators to monitor cluster events on twitter.
