SAP Certified NEC Express5800 Servers
It is important to choose highly-reliable server platform in order to stabilize SAP systems supporting mission-critical business tasks twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
In March 2008, NEC and SAP AG and its subsidiary SAP Japan agreed to expand the scope of their strategic alliance and opened the SAP Global Competence Center in Germany. At this site, experts conduct operational verification and performance evaluation of NEC's systems, including Express5800 servers.
Through the verification/evaluation, NEC will continue providing server platforms in which customers can securely apply SAP systems. The following NEC Express5800 servers are tested and certified for use in SAP environments:
