NEC monitors and detects your NEC Express5800 series* hardware status 24 x 7 from the specified call center via the Internet.
*Express Report Service is available for NEC Express5800/100 Series, ft series and workstations(50 Series).
Alert Reporting
The nature of any alert detected will be analyzed and assessed by NEC. In the event a support service deemed necessary, you will be contacted by phone within our service hours.
Maintenance Procedure
In the case that the alert situation requires immediate attention, you will be notified and a technical support personnel will be arranged by NEC.
