For a single connection configuration, please do not start from the regular installation media. Parameters of the hard drive becomes illegal, you may not receive the maintenance of the hardware. When installing, please be sure to use the kISO. (Summary Procedure below).

SUMMARY STEPS:
  1. Get the kISO(Kernel Update ISO) from NEC Express5800 kISO:Installation Information, burn to CD media.
    x86(32bit) system   :NEC_HPA_kISO_i386.iso
    x86_64 system :NEC_HPA_kISO_x86_64.iso
  2. Start "Installation" from kISO CD media.
  3. "Make sure that CD number 1 is in your drive" when prompted, replace the media to the regular installation media, and press "OK".
  4. Continue the OS installation as usual.
