  1. Extract this file and change to following directory.
    # cd RHEL5_x86/driver ( if x86 system )
    # cd RHEL5_EM64T/driver ( if x86_64 system )

  2. Install KMP packages.
    In case Kernel version is 2.6.18-308.el5
    # rpm -ivh --nodeps --nosignature */kmod-nec-tg3-3.116j-1*.rpm

    In case Kernel version is 2.6.18-308.el5PAE
    # rpm -ivh --nodeps --nosignature */*-PAE-*.rpm

    In case Kernel version is 2.6.18-308.el5xen
    # rpm -ivh --nodeps ---nosignature */*-xen-*.rpm

  3. Install KMP common packages.
    # rpm -ivh --nodeps --nosignature */*noarch.rpm

  4. Restart the Operating System.
