Install KMP modules for following drivers.

- Extract this file and change to following directory.

# cd RHEL5_EM64T/driver ( if x86_64 system )
- Install KMP package.
In case Kernel version is 2.6.18-238.el5
# rpm -ivh --nodeps --nosignature megaraid_sas/kmod-megaraid_sas-00.00.04.31n-*.rpm
In case Kernel version is 2.6.18-238.el5PAE
# rpm -ivh --nodeps --nosignature */*-PAE-*.rpm
- Install KMP common packages.
# rpm -ivh ---nodeps --nosignature */*noarch.rpm
- Restart the Operation System.
Disable EDAC modules. EDAC module will prevent hardware from collecting IPMI logs which is necessary for hardware support.
- Add following sentences to /etc/modprobe.conf.
install *_edac /bin/true
install edac_* /bin/true
- Restart the Operation System.
- Check that string "edac" is not shown in the result of lsmod.
