Printview Environmental Impact Evaluation Model
Printview is the latest work document support solution that digitizes the documents of various business categories from a small/medium scale to a large scale.
By introducing Printview, documents that are printed on paper in the conventional method can be stored electronically, thereby reducing the storage cost and paper usage.
As documents can be automatically sorted and distributed to branches and business offices through FTP, FAX, or by attaching to e-mails, the personnel cost for sorting documents and the transportation cost can also be reduced.
Printview Environmental Impact Evaluation Result
As a result of the digitization of paper documents and the reduction of paper document deliveries, the amount of CO₂ emissions is reduced by about 54%.
