"Having a Drink, Enjoying a Laugh" Sake (Rice Wine)
"Having a Drink, Enjoying a Laugh" (Ecology through IT) is a brand of sake (special unprocessed sake) brewed using rice (species: "Nihon-bare" (clear and cloudless sky)) cultivated without the use of agricultural chemicals and chemical fertilizers.
The sake name derives from "Ecology through IT" which is the basic policy of NEC's environmental management.
The sake is mainly used as gifts to NEC customers by its executives, for advertising and publicity activities, for in-house events and for other occasions. ["Having a Drink, Enjoying a Laugh" is not sold on the market.]
