| Achievements and Progress | NEC established a common global human resources and skills framework and expanded the framework primarily to overseas subsidiaries conducting systems integration and software development, including NEC Telecom Software Philippines, using a Web-based human resources management tool. In preparation for expanding the scope of overseas subsidiaries to be targeted in fiscal 2014 and beyond, NEC is currently conducting joint reviews with subsidiaries in the Asia-Pacific region and greater China. |
