How It Works

Spoiled postcards are collected and sent to the National Federation of UNESCO Associations in Japan, then...

  1. Postcards are sorted by price.
  2. They are exchanged for stamps.
  3. A 50-yen postcard can be exchanged for 45 yen, which can buy seven pencils in Nepal or one notebook and two ball-point pens in Afghanistan.
