The T16A2 tape library is a data solution for entry level to midrange systems, offering highly reliable robotics in a compact form factor. The T16A2 may be equipped with one LTO Ultrium tape drive and up to two removable magazines, and can accommodate up to a total of sixteen tape cartridges.
Using LTO Ultrium 4 tape cartridges, this equates to 12.8TB of storage capacity. The T16A2 is available in both standalone and rack-mountable models.
It also includes a remote management system to facilitate off-site data management.
